Bocci: no order touched by hand since day one
Bocci sells high-value, highly configurable lighting through a Craft Commerce storefront, with operations in NetSuite. Once staging testing began, go-live came about two weeks later. Since then every order has reached NetSuite on its own, and when live data surfaced small mapping gaps, the fixes shipped within days, the fastest in under an hour.

Orders that punish mistakes
A Bocci order is rarely simple. One light can carry dozens of configuration choices. Discounts apply per line. Order values run high. A mistyped sales order means the wrong thing gets made.
The storefront runs on Craft Commerce. The business runs on NetSuite. Every order has to cross that gap correctly, every time, without a person re-keying it.
Tested before trusted
The integration ran against Bocci’s staging site first, with real order data. Sample sales orders were checked on the NetSuite side. Only then did it go live, about two weeks after testing began.
Real orders then surfaced small gaps that testing had not. Tote bags from the merchandise line landed in NetSuite as placeholder items instead of real products. A billing phone number did not carry over. Bocci’s team told us, and the fixes went live within days, the fastest in under an hour. Each one was verified against the next live order and reported in a plain-language email: what changed, why, and how to check it.
One order failed to sync, on a just-launched product missing an ID in the source data. The monitoring caught it. We told Bocci what was missing, and once the data was fixed, the order replayed. Nothing was lost. Nothing was typed in by hand.
The rhythm now
Orders become NetSuite sales orders on their own, with payment status, discounts, and shipping attached, and a memo line so staff can see at a glance what was bought. Bocci watches the dashboard. We run the integration. Every change is reported by email. Since day one, not a single order has been entered by hand.
