Inform has sold design furniture from its Vancouver showroom since 1963 and runs the business in NetSuite. The Craft Commerce webshop came later. Between the two: 2,400 products, thousands of variants, and more than 20,000 images. Nexbea has kept both sides in sync since 2024, and nobody has entered an order by hand since.

Bocci makes high-value, highly configurable lighting, sold through its showrooms and to the trade, and runs operations in NetSuite. The Craft Commerce store came on top of that. About two weeks after staging tests began, the integration went live, and every web order since has reached NetSuite on its own. When live data turned up a few small mapping gaps, the fixes shipped within days, the fastest in under an hour.
